Having read about our products, and decided which training resources you need, you can buy on-line. You will find, on our detailed pages for each product, a PayPal button which puts your choice in a PayPal shopping cart. At no time do we have your Credit Card details, so you may pay with total safety, in the knowledge that your details are secure. PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming your order. We will then also confirm, by faxing or e-mailing you a receipt, all the details of your order and the address to which the package should be sent, with an indication of an estimated delivery date, based on information from the Post Office. The package is usually despatched within the next two working days. However, if you would like to have your own name on the documents, please send us an e-mail to orders@buckinghamtutors.co.uk when you are ordering. There will then be a slightly longer waiting time before we can post the disk. A "hard" copy of the receipt will be posted to you at the same time as the disk or book. You can also order by telephone, fax, or by mail. We will then send you a pro-forma invoice so you may pay by Bankers Draft or cheque. Our address and telephone number are shown lower down this page. If you need any programme quickly, please contact us by e-mail to let us know. Upon receipt of your payment we will e-mail you all the files as zipped pdfs, then post the CD to you for backup. All our CDs are sent by Royal Mail, First Class, Signed For whether in or outside the UK. Please note that each training package is individually numbered and registered to the purchaser, whether an individual for personal use or a Company for corporate training needs. If the purchaser is a Company, we need a Contact Name and that person's Position, as well as full details of the Company name, address and fax number. For orders for delivery within the UK or the EU, please let us have your VAT registration number if you have one.
