Having read about our products and decided which training resources you need, now decide how you wish to pay.

We only fill orders after we have received payment. We then confirm, by faxing or e-mailing you a receipt, all the details of your order and the address to which the package(s) should be sent, with an indication of an estimated delivery date, based on information from the Post Office or Parcelforce. The package is usually sent within the next working day. A "hard" copy of the receipt is posted to you at the same time. This will be a VAT invoice/receipt, if applicable.

To buy on-line and pay with a Credit Card, please click on "BUY ON-LINE!" at the bottom of the menu. There you will find our shopping basket pages with all the products and prices listed.

When you have chosen the items you wish to buy, you are directed to a secure third party where your Credit Card details are requested. This provides complete security for our clients. We can accept payment with MasterCard, Maestro or Visa cards. We will then be informed of your payment and all your delivery details, so we can fill the order. If you pay like this on-line, Buckingham Tutors Publishing do not, at any time, have access to your Card details.
You can also order by telephone, fax, or by mail. We will then send you a pro-forma invoice so you may pay by Bankers Draft, Credit Card or cheque. Our address and telephone number are shown lower down this page. All our packages, sent to addresses outside the UK, with the exception of the CD-ROMs, are sent by Parcelforce International, air mail and insured. The CDs are sent by Royal Mail "International Signed For", and are insured. Within the UK all packages are sent by Royal Mail First Class, Recorded (Signed For).

If purchasing for an academic institution, variable discounts are available. If you wish to order claiming these, please let us know what you require and send us your complete details. We will then calculate what discount is available to you. This will generally be in the order of 10% to 15%, depending on status and location.

Discounts on orders for multiple copies are also available. Please contact us and ask for details.

Please note that each package is individually numbered and registered to the purchaser, whether an individual for personal use or a Company for corporate training needs. If the purchaser is a Company, we need a Contact Name and that person's Position, as well as full details of the Company name, address and fax number. For orders for delivery within the UK or the EU, please let us have your VAT registration number if you have one. Our address is:
