This training package is designed to give all managers a clear understanding of what a budget is, how to compile it and how to use it. The budget is the most effective control tool for the success of any business, no matter how big or how small and all managers need to be able to understand the key concepts of their company's finance and accounting.
The package clearly explains the process: demystifies the vocabulary and will reduce the anxiety often felt by managers when budget time comes round. Participants will gain an understanding of what happens and why: and what use the budget is in running a successful business.
It is formatted as a two-day 8-session Workshop, in the same modular and flexible design as our other packages. In addition, in the CD version only, are two files which contain duplicates of all the Transparency Masters, so that they can run as a PowerPoint slide show from a PC and do not need to be printed. One file runs on a PC which HAS Microsoft PowerPoint already installed. The other is for use with a PC that does NOT already have PowerPoint installed.They are normal PowerPoint programmes - not just a slide show - and can be added to, or edited as required.
