"The Problem Solver" is a unique way of solving problems.
It is based on a simple method of communication that ensures that all the facts of the problem are discovered, sorted into priorities and, most importantly, communicated to all concerned. This is a superb method of making important decisions.
"The Problem Solver" instrument is a six-page document. This assembles the facts of the problem, as you see it, analyses and determines the causes, and finally states a plan for implementing a valid solution.
